Professional psychological support, built around the realities of expat life
We offer a full range of psychological services — from individual therapy and couples counseling to clinical assessments, trauma treatment and corporate support. Everything we do is tailored to the internationally mobile individual: people who live and work far from home, navigate multiple cultures, and need a psychologist who genuinely understands that context.
Individual therapy
A private, confidential space to work through whatever is making life harder than it should be — anxiety, stress, burnout, adjustment difficulties, grief, identity, relationship strain or simply a persistent sense of not quite being yourself. Your psychologist works collaboratively with you, at your pace, toward goals that are genuinely yours.


Employee Assistance Programme
Psychological support for internationally mobile workforces — individual therapy, burnout prevention, critical incident debriefing, management coaching and relocation onboarding support. We work with multinationals, embassies, NGOs and universities across the Netherlands.
Couples therapy
Expat life puts particular pressure on relationships — distance from support networks, identity shifts, one partner’s career taking precedence, the cumulative stress of repeated relocations. Our couples therapy gives both partners a structured, neutral space to understand each other better, resolve conflict and rebuild connection.


Psychological Assessments
Our testing centre provides professional clinical assessments for adults, adolescents and children. We assess for ADHD, ASD (autism), burnout, depression, anxiety and emotion regulation difficulties — delivering clear, thorough reports with practical recommendations. No long waiting lists. Results you can actually use.

Support for International students
Studying abroad is exciting — and genuinely challenging. Homesickness, academic pressure, culture shock, loneliness, anxiety — we’ve been supporting international students since our earliest years, and in 2021 delivered a national support programme funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education. We know this world.

EMDR therapy
Evidence-based trauma therapy for experiences that feel stuck — difficult relocations, loss, relationship breakdown, childhood trauma and more. EMDR works where talk therapy alone sometimes can’t reach.

Anger management
Anger is not the problem — unmanaged anger is. Whether it’s affecting your relationships, your work or your sense of self, we help you understand what’s driving it and develop practical strategies to respond rather than react. Particularly relevant for expats dealing with accumulated frustration, cultural friction or the chronic stress of life abroad.

Assertiveness training
Finding your voice in a new culture — learning to express your needs clearly, set boundaries, and communicate effectively at work and in life. Particularly relevant for expats navigating cultures with very different communication norms to their own.

Conflict resolution
Conflict is inevitable — in relationships, at work, and especially when navigating cultural differences abroad. Whether you’re dealing with a specific dispute or a recurring pattern that keeps damaging important relationships, we help you move from stuck to resolution.
